Invoice requirements:
Bermuda Customs requires that invoices show a complete description including item and price. All items must have a value – no zero values will be accepted. Commercial invoices must be signed. Screenshots, proformas, acknowledgements or quotes are not accepted. Please provide the invoice in PDF format or a copy of the invoice emailed to you by the shipper.

Packing requirements:
Freight should be delivered properly packed for export. Furniture items must be packed in cartons or crates. Items not properly packed for export may be refused insurance coverage.

Delivery times and cut-offs
Receiving hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm (closed for lunch from 12pm- 1pm). No appointments are necessary. However, appointments are required for orders of 10plts or more and deliveries by Flatbed truck.
Deliveries are not accepted on the weekends or holidays. If you receive notification of a weekend or holiday delivery, please contact your shipper to re-schedule. Please understand that Sea-Bridge cannot be held responsible for deliveries left outside the building. Always request that your vendor ask for a signature upon delivery. Goods held for over 30 days will incur storage fees.

Weekly sailings leave Friday and Monday – arriving in Bermuda on Monday and Thursday – allow 3-5 days for customs clearance and availability.
